Quality Inn & Suites Dumas

I loved this Days inn everyone was very nice the maids, the check in clerk, 'sasha' she was very nice and professional and courteous, breakfast was great laundry room, great!

I can't think of anything I didn't like because everyone was courteous, respectful

No shower chair for bath tub.

Staff customer service was ppor. The girl at front desk when we got there she appeaed to be high or somrthing. The bed was nasty when we pulled the sheets back hair was in the bed I asked the house keeper to change the linen she began to explain how she had just done so but I showed her clearly the sheets were nasty she threw the blanket on the floor them tried to put it,back on the bed. The room was dark and smoggy smoke in the walls carpet the room had a stale smell to it. Towels were hard the room was not real clean the bathroom was to small shower head was sitting very low my husband could not even put it,on his upper body. Toilet seat was old and cracking skirts on bottom of beds were old.carpet looked dirty. We were to far from home to,leave and according to reviews and my family The Days inn was better than the other two motels there in Dumas but overall I would prefer to stay on the out skirts of town of I ever visited again.

Room was on ground floor. Close to the few restaurants in town.

Way too expensive for what you get. The room wasn't exactly dirty, just dingy and needed updating. Bed was okay. Breakfast left much to be desired (pre-made omlettes in plastic bags that you heat in microwave). None of the food looked appetizing. I wouldn't stay there again.

Convenient and excellent location when traveling to Dumas. Only 15 minutes walk from Dumas center. Very nice clean building and rooms with 2 double beds. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

Amazing hotel with great Wi-Fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find local spots to explore on my first stay, which I appreciate. I recommend asking for tips during check-in!

convenient access to parks and attractions for weekend explorers

The staff were very friendly and the comfortable bed made for a restful night. It was easy to stroll over to the Desha County Museum, less than 4 km away.

The staff was super nice, and the breakfast spread was quite nice too. We enjoyed our king room, and it was mostly quiet, which helped us relax. It was great being next to a barbecue joint for dinner!

We had a nice family stay, and the breakfast was a highlight, with tasty waffles, fresh fruit, and oatmeal options. The staff was approachable, and the room was quiet enough for our baby to sleep well.

My kids wished for more activities for children .

Dumas has some hidden culinary gems! El Toro's mouthwatering burgers are a must-try, and Sonic Drive-In is just around the corner for that classic fast-food fix. Plus, the staff at Quality Inn are super friendly and breakfast was plentiful-definitely kept us fueled for the road ahead!

Now, not to rain on the parade, but some amenities need a little TLC-like the flickering bedside lamp and that half-off closet rack.

I was actually surprised by the cleanliness and tidiness of the Quality Inn & Suites.

Room was clean, the bed cozy, and the bathroom had essentials like shampoo, body soap, and a hairdryer. Loved the tv and microwave too. Air conditioning worked well, and the coffee maker was a nice touch. Staff was friendly and breakfast included muffins and coffee. Good location next to BBQ takeout and McDonald's.

The room was immaculate. I loved the convenience of no carpet, keeping everything fresh and tidy. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay!
